The Congregate Dining Program is designed for active seniors that are the age of 60 years and over to promote socialization and community involvement which increases physical and psychological well-being.
The Home-Delivered Meal Program serves meals for seniors age 60 and over and are home-bound and/or unable to shop and cook are eligible to receive Meals on Wheels.
CHI assist individuals and families with enrolling in appropriate health insurance plans and programs such as Medi-Cal, Medicare, Covered California, Dental and Vision.
