More Info Yvonne's Front Porch accepts donations of new and gently used medical equipment and health supplies, providing them at NO cost to those in need.
Stop Falls reduces the risk and fear of falling with free home safety assessments by a licensed occupational therapist and home modifications completed by a licensed contractor.
De-Cluttering facilitates cleanouts in hoarding and unhealthy living situations. Referrals are taken from Adult Protective Services and others in the community.
